Katie Bertel is an Outreach & Engagement Librarian at SUNY Buffalo State where she works to build relationships and provide support to the campus community. Katie is interested in the user experience and providing outreach to underserved populations. Outside the library, she can be found skating for the Queen City Roller Girls, where she is known as Librawlian.
